It’s a modern, beautiful hotel. Loved the clean fresh scent in the lobby. The lazy river was fun and the HEATED outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The room was very clean.

Absolutely love not only the cleanliness feel, but the 24hr amenities. This hotel also did a fantastic job with their landscaping! The outdoor pool are is a great view, beautiful trees and awesome lazy pool (as well as indoor pool). Lots of great seating chairs and booths in the common areas. Overall very beautiful, clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

I liked the location. few minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Also short drive to Gatlinburg and other attractions. the property was well maintained and clean. the room was spacious which we really loved.

Everything was clean, and there were so many things to do on the grounds. Staff was so helpful. We will stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing, met a lot of nice people, the staff was very helpful, they gave us a tip on how to best drive on the parkway, down the middle lane,

Room was comfortable. In wall air/heater was not overly loud. Bathroom nicely appointed. Nice to have a balcony that faces south-east, I think and was some what shielded from the late afternoon sun. A nice plus, a breakfast/lunch diner is 50 yards away. Mini Starbucks in lobby, and open limited hours. Staff very helpful.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean, the pools were wonderful and heated at night and the lights on the pool gave it magical glow. The rooms were clean and the beds soft and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast buffet on the weekends and we were in good walking/driving distance to wherever we wanted to go. Will definitely stay again

The front desk staff were so friendly, check in and out was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again. The bistro/breakfast vouchers...worth it!!
